Delivery Responsibility
Douglas Legacy Farm is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before completing an order.
Defective or Damaged Items
All claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, customers are required to:
Complete the official return/claim form.
Upload a clear image of the defective or damaged item as part of the submission.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for review.
Claim Review Process
Once a claim is received, Douglas Legacy Farm will review the submitted information and images. If the claim is approved, a resolution will be provided, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Douglas Legacy Farm.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items that are not defective or damaged, or claims submitted without required documentation (form and image), are not eligible for return or replacement.
